Overview This website is operated by OldFriendCo, trading as Old Friend Co. By visiting our site or buying from us, you agree to these terms.

Products and descriptions We do our best to describe and show our products accurately. Colors may look slightly different on different screens. Sizing depends on choosing the right size, so please use our size guide.

Using our products safely Our dog socks are for traction and comfort on smooth indoor floors. They are not a medical product, they do not treat or prevent any health condition, and they are not a substitute for veterinary advice. Please supervise your dog when they first wear them, remove them if your dog chews them, and check your dog's paws regularly. If your dog has difficulty walking, talk to your vet.

Pricing and orders Prices are in US dollars and can change without notice. We may refuse or cancel an order, for example because of a pricing error or a suspected fraudulent payment, and we will refund you in full if we do.

Payments Payments are processed securely by our payment provider. We do not store your full card details.

Shipping, returns and refunds These are covered in our Shipping Policy and Return and Refund Policy, which form part of these terms.

Limitation of liability To the extent allowed by law, Old Friend Co is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of our products or website. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under the law that cannot be limited.
