Shipping Policy

Where we ship We ship to addresses in the United States.

Processing time Most orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days after you place them.

Delivery time Your order ships from an overseas fulfillment partner. Estimated shipping time is 7 to 15 days after processing, so most orders arrive within about 8 to 15 days of the order date. These are estimates, not guarantees, and delays can happen with customs or carriers.

Shipping cost Shipping is calculated at checkout, you can choose our standard option or the insured option. With the insured option we make sure if you're package gets lost we'll sent a replacement.

Multiple items If you order more than one item, your order may arrive in more than one package.

Incorrect address Please check your shipping address at checkout. We cannot be responsible for orders sent to an incorrect address that was entered by the customer.

Late, lost or damaged orders If your order has not arrived within 25 days of the order date, or arrives damaged, email us at oldfriendco.help@gmail.com and we will investigate and resend your order.
