Return and Refund Policy

We want you and your dog to be happy with your order. If something is not right, tell us and we will fix it.

Wrong size Please read our size guide carefully and measure your dog's paw before you order. We are not responsible for orders placed in the wrong size, so make sure you choose the right size before you check out.

Damaged, defective or incorrect items If your order arrives damaged, defective or not what you ordered, email us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We will send a replacement.

What we cannot accept back For hygiene reasons, socks that have been worn or washed cannot be returned if you simply changed your mind. We will still help with any damaged items on arrival.

Cancellations To cancel an order, email us as soon as possible. We can cancel it only if it has not shipped yet.
